Who We Are

“I don’t know what I would have done without ARA’s help. They were there for me when I needed it most, and now I can focus on providing a better future for my daughter.”
Our Story:
The Heart Behind ARA
Apartment Resident Alliance (ARA) was born from a simple observation: tenants face unexpected challenges that can make it difficult to pay rent, but eviction doesn’t have to be the solution. As property owners and managers dedicated to providing housing, we’ve seen how a job loss, medical emergency, or an unforeseen expense can put a family’s home at risk. We recognized that, in many cases, tenants just need a little help to get through these tough times.
Instead of asking them to leave their homes, we chose a different approach: offering a helping hand. After all, keeping people housed is at the core of what we do. With this belief, we created ARA to provide that extra support when life gets hard. By offering financial assistance and connecting tenants with the right resources, we help them get back on their feet and stay in their homes.
Today, ARA reflects our values of compassion, community, and commitment to helping those in need. We’ve seen how a little assistance during difficult times can make all the difference, and we’re proud to contribute to the stability and well-being of families and the communities we serve.

Success Stories
When Sarah lost her job unexpectedly, the stress of keeping up with her rent quickly became overwhelming. A single mother of one, Sarah faced the possibility of eviction and the uncertainty of where her family would live next. That’s when she turned to Apartment Resident Alliance (ARA) for help.
Through our rental assistance program, Sarah was able to receive the funds she needed to cover two months of rent while she searched for new employment.
Within a few weeks, Sarah secured a new job and was able to stay in her home, avoiding the traumatic disruption of an eviction. Today, she’s back on her feet and has expressed her gratitude for the support she received during such a challenging time.
“I don’t know what I would have done without ARA’s help,” Sarah shared. “They were there for me when I needed it most, and now I can focus on providing a better future for my daughter.”
Sarah’s story is just one of many examples of how ARA’s commitment to connecting hearts and helping hands has made a lasting difference in the lives of tenants facing hardship.
